A complete end-to-end engagement — audit, physical organisation, digitisation, and Paperless-ngx setup — typically takes 3 to 6 weeks depending on document volume. The digital registry itself is configured and live within 2 to 3 days. We give you a specific timeline in your written proposal.
We charge KES 15 to 20 per page for professional scanning and OCR processing. Project-based pricing starts from KES 50,000 for a complete engagement. We provide a specific quote after an initial site assessment at no cost.

No. We use Paperless-ngx — a powerful open-source document management system with zero software licence fees. You pay only for the cloud hosting (from KES 3,000 per month) and our setup fee. There are no hidden software costs.
Yes. Our founder has direct public sector experience in the NG-CDF environment and understands government accountability requirements, OAG audit expectations, and PAC/PIC documentation standards from the inside. We serve both NG-CDF constituency offices and county government departments.
Yes. We accept M-Pesa, bank transfer, and cheque. We require a 50% deposit before work begins and the balance on project completion. Monthly retainers are paid in advance via M-Pesa standing order or bank transfer.
We train your staff and provide 30 days of WhatsApp support post-training. You then have the option of our managed retainer — from KES 10,000 per month — which covers system monitoring, user support, updates, and backups. Most clients take the retainer. You can also manage independently after training.
All client data is hosted on Kenyan cloud providers — Truehost or HostPinnacle — with servers based in Kenya. Your data does not leave Kenya, keeping you fully compliant with the Kenya Data Protection Act 2019 data residency requirements.
